GIAD tablets contain sildenafil which is a drug used to treat erectile dysfunction. Sildenafil acts by inhibition of cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (the enzyme that delays degradation of cGMP) leading to increases blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation.
